Pizza on the BBQ
Preparation time: 15 mins.
Ingredients: (for 1 pizza)
1x pizza dough
100ml tomato pulp
2 tsp dried oregano
60g grated mozzarella
Arugula
A few slices of Italian ham
Boretti olive oil
Preparation:
Roll out the pizza dough. Spread the tomato sauce and top with the mozzarella and oregano.
Bake at 350 °C on the Boretti pizza stone, in a closed BBQ, for 2.5 minutes until the pizza is crispy.
Finish off with some arugula, Italian ham and a little bit of olive oil.
